To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左班OR食友到大西北掃街,反正尚有時間,點都要食個早餐頂住先.話晒向外街舖,人流多,自然租金貴,不過早餐無乜點加價,大概都係廿蚊位.雪菜肉絲麵 : 一向都係淥好公仔麵再係上面加上雪菜肉絲,淋返 d 味精湯就算,其實要求唔高,不過真係好怕公仔麵淥唔熟,最憎係"慘"白色,好粉,點知今次又真係咁樣.......唉!烚蛋火腿配蘿蔔糕 : 好似廣成一樣,是可以配烚蛋,其實咁幾好吖,又唔駛咁多油,人都健康 d, 不過蘿蔔糕一出,真係乜都比返晒佢,真係好油,而且好淋,麻麻地.其實佢地 d 出品真係唔多得, 改進下啦,附近有幾間都好食過你架.
