伊利近街係中環我最鐘意嘅一條街,餐廳好多,之前有間意大利菜(可惜已經執左),有cultivate,有間幾好嘅日式居酒屋,基本上一條好短嘅街,有著唔同嘅國家風情。須佐之男係朋友介紹,原來呢間餐廳喺呢度已經開咗兩年,但係完全唔覺,可能呢一年都已經少係呢頭蒲,完全察覺唔到呢度有間咁好嘅嘢。睇返啲舊相呢度可以有好多outdoor area枱,夜晚喺呢個開放式嘅居酒屋食飯飲酒氣氛應該好好,食完之後我相信應該可以約中環嘅朋友嚟食吓晚飯。呢度得一個師傅,佢放棄左事業,追尋夢想,原來係因為佢好鍾意食一間日本菜,鍾意食到跟左個廚學師,然之後開咗一間咁嘅居酒屋。聽完都覺得幾勵志,當我再睇返師傅好鍾意嗰間日本餐廳之後,我除咗好想去嗰間試吓個間日本餐廳,仲好驚嘆原來有人鍾意食嘢鍾意到呢個地步,唔好講咁多,睇下啲野食先。前菜已經係幾令人醒神之作A5夢之和牛他他,個種牛味嘅濃可以話係難忘之數一數二。唔可以話食完好精彩,但川蔥蛋花清雞湯個種感覺叫人有種家的溫暖,呢個開頭感覺真係成個人溫暖哂。呢度嘅串燒用上了軍雞,當晚食左雞翼、雞掌心、雞心,三串串燒。雞翼係最出色,個晚水準燒得比Yardbird更強,雞掌心應該大家都

呢度嘅串燒用上了軍雞,當晚食左雞翼、雞掌心、雞心,三串串燒。雞翼係最出色,個晚水準燒得比Yardbird更強,雞掌心應該大家都無乜點見過,玩味好濃,雞心燒得好生,愛呢個texture應該會好鐘意。

有第二個揚物做前菜,松葉蟹海膽薯蓉球,雖然個樣唔係好靚,但係食落去口感強烈濃郁。

主菜試兩個飯我覺得有少少奇怪,不過食完我就明,日式叉燒香蔥豬油飯同櫻花木煙燻香辣牛舌飯 ,決一不可。前者嘅叉燒就好似拉麵舖嘅叉燒一樣肥都可以話係入口即溶,但係佢燒過之後個香氣令人好難忘,最重要加咗佢秘製嘅辣椒醬,撈埋個飯,好夾。而換左主角係櫻花木煙燻香辣牛舌,好食內臟應該會更開心,你問我兩個會揀邊個,我會兩個都要。

尾聲的日本燒芝士年糕,聽講係師傅拿手好戲,不過可能當晚太悶,水準相對冇想像中咁好,不過年糕都非常煙韌無比。

雖然唔係食咗好多嘢,但係食到師傅嘅心機,最重要係可以欣賞到佢追尋夢想嗰個勇氣。
