To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間光顧這間馳名菜肉餛飩的店舖，客人不算多，不需要等位便直接入座。午市提供套餐（連飲品），我選了菜肉餛飩麵。一碗麵有4隻餛飩，望落去就知唔對路，餛飩皮軟身皺皮，一睇已經知道是預先淥定，客人落單就再淥熱，結果吃落去全部都是超淋無味的，其中一隻餛飩皮「淋」到爛，其他3隻沒有穿但都一樣「淋塌」，又淋又無味，很難吃！！！
