To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間酒店嘅下午茶一定要申請會員先會有折扣，今次冇申請蝕左，應該有九折。由於真係太多人食嘅關係都要一個月先book到呢個下午茶。牛角包加咗芝士火腿好好味，蝦沙律都OK。反而下午茶送來嘅蛋糕麻麻哋，味道偏甜，鹹點還可以。嗰啲蛋糕就係最尾打包咗拎返屋企。依度嘅重點係一定要試佢哋嘅雪糕，有多達10種口味，當中包括鹹蛋肉鬆味、開心果、芒果糯米飯，全部都好特別，無限添食。仲有生果可以拎。雪糕有特別嘅雪糕碗，唔會咁快溶晒，都有廚師新鮮整起crepe and waffle，好滿意佢哋出面可以無限拎雪糕同埋呢啲嘢。仲有人即場彈鋼琴，酒店服務都幾好。叫咗一杯花茶同埋latte，味道還可以。已經即刻book咗下一次再試下，Book星期六日仲要成個幾月先book到。
