又一預約困難嘅餐廳,未來1年已fully booked。咁岩有朋友有一圍,就有幸試到呢間咁人氣嘅私房菜。性價比都算幾高,食左咁多海鮮埋單大概$1,500/位。食物水準都唔錯其實,但不至於好食到要等一年先有得食😂 同埋其實一年食一次都已經好足夠。唔會想食得好頻密嘅感覺,試過就足夠😂 沒有非常特別一定要返轉頭再食嘅感覺。比較深刻係個蟹粉,用左5款唔同嘅蟹total用左24隻蟹拆粉配3款蒜蓉包,配埋佢地嘅陳醋就好好食👍🏼火方都好食,湯都好飲,同埋佢地擺碟都好靚 👍🏼🥰當晚菜單有:芥末麻香花膠冰鎮南非鮑魚桂花火方鍋巴哈蜜瓜爵士湯賽螃蟹粉法飽金蒜蒸指天翅味菜蟶子煎米上湯有機菜遠老陳皮紅豆沙
