黃昏接綱下機到港友人,去聯和墟街市取訂購海魚《細鱗魚》;拿魚後一起拿去酒樓,伙計因預先訂位(準備了方便放行理枱)。開茶後推出活(六點)長腳蟹給客人拍照。【註:需下2天前預訂及下訂金】今次這長腳蟹是6斤半重,每斤是$168;價格比自己去綱購也買不到,我們選擇清蒸吃原吃。客人都很讚賞,些蟹肉好豐滿;膏也不小(只是大家都是《三高人士》,只可吃肉不吃膏^_^!)。自來《1罐頭小鮑魚,海参和花膠》扒生菜,《廚部費用》就是此菜和自來魚的共(收費)。這而的燉湯是有名是得獎湯《用龍躉魚頭骨》做湯底,用料十足;也是限量發售,需預留湯。
