粉嶺舊墟茶居都開業多年今晚還是首次幫襯晚飯,原因朋友比較年長喜愛傳統粵菜,本小姐為有捨命相陪。噱頭菜一蚊一斤蝦,爆抵蒜茸粉絲蒸粉絲,油太多失分!清蒸龍躉仔,火喉恰當魚身剛好故很滑。貴妃雞鹹鹹香香都好有雞味馬拉糕好鬆軟啊!很久沒食了!是晚我們就是點了這個超值海鮮套餐,真係捧腹而回!龍躉都有十八式認真架勢!

昨天已是年初十,酒樓的年菜式這天後也更換了。這店吃《龍躉魚菜式》為主,所以選擇了《粟米龍躉魚斑件》。大澳(蝦醬)豬爽肉芥蘭菜。拔絲肉排(咕嚕肉)。這天樣樣餸菜份量十足,吃到要抱着肚走^_^!粉嶺這店可能因地點問題,到晚上九時半已經可(包塲)了^_^!原來店收11時(店面伙計),但《廚房》是10時收工。怪不得看到有客人說趕收工,這區的特色(好早好多人去飲茶);也見過(伙計們)對老人家非常照顧,但廚房可能就比較不隱定(請好廚房難)😊!現在的廚房好多都不受控,如附近那十幾年酒樓;原來一樣都是廚房也有問題,希望食市請到好廚房;我等街坊才有口福^_^!

黃昏接綱下機到港友人,去聯和墟街市取訂購海魚《細鱗魚》;拿魚後一起拿去酒樓,伙計因預先訂位(準備了方便放行理枱)。開茶後推出活(六點)長腳蟹給客人拍照。【註:需下2天前預訂及下訂金】今次這長腳蟹是6斤半重,每斤是$168;價格比自己去綱購也買不到,我們選擇清蒸吃原吃。客人都很讚賞,些蟹肉好豐滿;膏也不小(只是大家都是《三高人士》,只可吃肉不吃膏^_^!)。自來《1罐頭小鮑魚,海参和花膠》扒生菜,《廚部費用》就是此菜和自來魚的共(收費)。這而的燉湯是有名是得獎湯《用龍躉魚頭骨》做湯底,用料十足;也是限量發售,需預留湯。

20161026--經過看到門口貼的$78羊腩煲,今時今日還有那麼便宜的羊腩煲? 見店內有位,侍應很快安排入座。這是第二次來,印象中上一次是做優惠,晩飯送班仔一條,當時吃過後,魚不新鮮,對此酒樓留下一個壞印象,就沒有再到此吃晩飯,今次再為羊腩煲再次到訪。二人點了:羊腩煲$78--份量也不少,羊腩炆得入味淋身,味道濃郁,這樣的價錢,值回票價。加生菜$38--加錢叫了生菜,菜洗得乾淨,沒甚特別,生菜和羊腩煲永遠是絶配。冬粉--忘了價錢,煙煙刃刃,有咬口,吸收羊腩汁的味道,非常搭配。荷豆蓮藕小炒$38--小菜鑊氣足,荷豆幼嫩,蓮藕切薄片爽口,材料配搭得宜,又便宜又好吃。忘了埋單價錢,但當時印象較深刻的是茶芥每位$13,有點意外,因同區酒樓晩茶芥從未有收過這個價錢,也許要補貼便宜的羊腩煲價錢吧。總的食物味道不錯,環境也尚算舒適,晩飯時段侍應生的服務較下午好。

20161026--經過看到門口貼的$78羊腩煲,今時今日還有那麼便宜的羊腩煲? 見店內有位,侍應很快安排入座。這是第二次來,印象中上一次是做優惠,晩飯送班仔一條,當時吃過後,魚不新鮮,對此酒樓留下一個壞印象,就沒有再到此吃晩飯,今次再為羊腩煲再次到訪。

羊腩煲$78--份量也不少,羊腩炆得入味淋身,味道濃郁,這樣的價錢,值回票價。
加生菜$38--加錢叫了生菜,菜洗得乾淨,沒甚特別,生菜和羊腩煲永遠是絶配。

荷豆蓮藕小炒$38--小菜鑊氣足,荷豆幼嫩,蓮藕切薄片爽口,材料配搭得宜,又便宜又好吃。

忘了埋單價錢,但當時印象較深刻的是茶芥每位$13,有點意外,因同區酒樓晩茶芥從未有收過這個價錢,也許要補貼便宜的羊腩煲價錢吧。總的食物味道不錯,環境也尚算舒適,晩飯時段侍應生的服務較下午好。

20170208-是日接近3時,到舊墟茶居茶居吃下午茶點心,一人不用等位,侍應安排與另一食客搭枱,快快叫了壽眉茶(下午茶$6/位)。點了孖寶點心($15.8):南乳豬手--豬手先上桌,豬手有3件,但我會說是2件半,因為其中一件是接近沒有肉的,另外2件是豬腳趾部份,此部位炆淋一點會較好,南乳味適中,豬手也入味。炒米粉--點心阿姐是推車仔送出點心型式,我坐的桌子就在廚房門口,看她推出來時有米粉,心想會不會是我的,但沒有停留,後來繞場一周後,才把車上的米粉送上我的桌子,心裏有點不是味兒,幸好米粉還沒有涼。米粉材料有火腿、椰菜絲,紅蘿蔔絲,材料尚算豐富,炒得很香,但油份很多。可能接近4時,侍應把枱上自助加茶壶收起了,我用舊式方法把壶蓋放上,等了10分鐘也沒有人加水,算吧,埋單走人。埋單:$25,荼不香,價錢平,點心質素一般,一般日子不用等位,也可作平常日子的一個選擇。侍應有時心情唔好會黑口黑臉,有一次我見到有一位侍應頂客人咀;今天的情況,當時人流也少了,但也不主動加茶,覺得有點招呼不夠好。我還是會到此用餐,但如果再有類此情況,我也會另作他選。
