To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

頗有特色嘅車仔麵

今次我哋第一次食就叫咗一湯一撈麵，蒜油蝦子撈麵啲蝦子俾得好足，醬汁我就覺得偏甜咗啲…湯麵我就揀咗鹵水腩汁2溝，麻辣少辣醬，2款都唔錯嘅，發揮到車仔麵正常水準～-配料方面：牛舌芯的確係唔錯嘅，唔會韌！另外仲有腩肉、冬菇同蘿蔔，3款都唔錯，發揮到車仔麵應有嘅水準！至於魷魚就差啲啦，佢就係冇乜味嘅魷魚浸落甜甜地嘅醬汁到，唔算太差但好一般🙈-我哋仲叫咗幾個小食share～【醉炸雞翼】、【炸媽媽餃】：呢2款小食都唔錯！個雞翼真係有淡淡嘅酒味😳而餃子雖然唔算好大粒，但都好足料，炸起熱辣辣好好食！😋【炸腐皮角】、【吉列炸蠔】：非常一般，建議唔洗試，留肚食其他😂-雖然嘢食質素偏高，但價錢亦偏高，性價比就不算高🙈另外餐廳坐位較少，好多時都需要排隊😂如果排less than 20mins的話我覺得都值得排隊試下嘅～
