To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瘋癲而忙碌的10月過去，終於可以放假了！絕對要吃好一點來慰勞自己住土瓜灣的朋友帶我到他家附近一間吃地中海菜的餐廳，我還是頭一次吃地中海菜呢！店裡的裝修充滿異國風情。頭盤有不少素食選擇，點了HALLUMI CHEESE（鐵板煎著名中東鹹香芝士）試試。芝士的口感和味道很有驚喜，煙韌而帶點鹹香，不會太膩太騷，口感有點像魚柳😂 酸酸甜甜的番茄汁亦非常醒胃，伴彼得包吃非常好👍🏼另外還有機藍青口。滿滿一窩的小青口，簡單以鹽和檸檬汁調味已經很美味，一口size 方便邊吃邊聊天。煲仔燉煮和牛尾牛尾燉得很淋很入味，牛味濃郁，醬汁亦很香很惹味，整體不錯。KANAFEH店員介紹這個是中東的signature甜品。口感類似炸芝士條，不過味道是甜的，加上開心果碎點綴，頗特別有趣的甜品。
