To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 得我同阿媽,廢時煮,所以落樓食就算見大快活咁少人,所以入去食之前無食過J27 菠蘿黑醋燜雞(見個數字咁大,應該係新菜式),然後我們加多咗$12配灼菜同唔落味精老火湯。總共$60,2個人食。(唔知點解張單係寫豆豉南瓜牛肉飯)我媽話食落似咕嚕肉,但係帶薑醋味😂佢覺得麻麻地。而賣相的確一般,有啲肉比較硬,但兩個雞翼就好冧。生菜就偏乾,但係個湯好飲,可以食紅蘿蔔同瘦肉黎充饑。總體黎講係比較難食~

我媽話食落似咕嚕肉,但係帶薑醋味😂佢覺得麻麻地。而賣相的確一般,有啲肉比較硬,但兩個雞翼就好冧。生菜就偏乾,但係個湯好飲,可以食紅蘿蔔同瘦肉黎充饑。

總體黎講係比較難食~
