To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐諗唔到食咩ge時候,就會想食茶記頹飯「招牌三眼仔煎蛋飯配蔥油豬排飯」,雖然係一間連鎖茶餐廳,但的確每間的水準會各有參差,位於慈雲山ge呢間分店的招牌頹飯都叫做整得中規中矩。首先半熟三隻煎蛋做到燶邊脆底,火候岩岩好,另外豬排都係炸到外脆內軟,基本上都係豬排淋得黎又有咬口,有質感,咬落去唔會好似食緊其他淋pa pa ge嘢咁,配埋甜豉油,同生熟蛋汁,頹飯黎講都真係有9.5分,凍奶茶就選擇左茶味多啲,飲落唔澀,不過不失,總括就係9.5分頹飯已經好食過好多茶記。完
