To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餓得滯諗住求其搵間茶記/冰室頂一頂肚點知勁有驚喜嘅一餐！滑蛋蔥花叉燒飯 $52 （凍飲+$3）蛋夠香夠啊叉燒又唔會乾身太過柴，滑蛋方面所長發現發現茶記永遠做得冇咁好，叫冰室冰廳嘅通常都會煮得好啲🤣就好似光榮冰室，以後又有多一間一冰廳可以袋喺袋實冇死餐單💛鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉配炒蛋多士 $40（凍飲+$3）呢個忌廉湯真係不得之了，勁濃郁有杰身完全冇慳水慳料。比起平時食嗰啲味精湯火腿通呢個真係算唔話得，雖然都係類似罐頭湯咁嘅味道，但係食第一啖真係超級有驚喜，本身見價錢都正正常常所以期望值比較低，食落覺得又幾特別喎💛一樣都跟咗炒滑蛋同個飯一樣做得好好，唯一覺得麻麻哋就係個多士，個包唔夠鬆軟比較乾。

鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉配炒蛋多士 $40（凍飲+$3）
呢個忌廉湯真係不得之了，勁濃郁有杰身完全冇慳水慳料。比起平時食嗰啲味精湯火腿通呢個真係算唔話得，雖然都係類似罐頭湯咁嘅味道，但係食第一啖真係超級有驚喜，本身見價錢都正正常常所以期望值比較低，食落覺得又幾特別喎💛一樣都跟咗炒滑蛋同個飯一樣做得好好，唯一覺得麻麻哋就係個多士，個包唔夠鬆軟比較乾。
