To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

順德缽仔蒸蟹~

之前我已推介話呢間食物晚飯都唔錯, 今晚再到食晚餐, 發覺它們轉左D餐, 但最後都係散叫, 因為特然好想食煲仔飯.....呢度D煲仔飯材料就好足, 但唔夠水準就係少少飯焦都無, 味道ok, $40一位, 最少2位起, 叫位數多D, 價錢就平D, 我叫左個"蝦乾堯柱肉眼根飯", 上湯浸"娃娃菜" 都幾好味, 其實所謂"娃娃菜" 就係迷你裝"津白"......菜味很鮮甜~ 最後就叫左個"順德缽仔蒸蟹".......呢個就真係未試過, 望落無咩奇, 好似蛋蒸蟹......原來上菜先知有創意...... 缽內放左"豆豉,肉鬆,碎咸蛋皇,斬件的蟹1隻" 再加蛋蒸熟.......雖然覺得D配料好奇怪, 但食落味道有幾夾....D蛋好有蟹味, 但要趁熱吃丫.......凍左口感就差好多丫....缽仔蟹唔係好大兜,$78.00......埋單就很慢要改善~
