有魚,當然也要有肉,新一年正是豬年,「家肥兼屋潤」(古法東坡肉 )就最應景了,排得齊齊整整的東坡肉,光澤油潤,入口鬆軟,肥而不膩。不過我與友人們多只淺嚐半件便適可而止,不敢吃得太多。

既是預祝新春,賀年糕點當然少不得。這兒的「新春大三元」(煎三色賀年糕)集蘿蔔糕、芋頭糕、年糕於一身,各有不同的滋味,配以余均益的辣椒醬或大廚秘製的XO醬,好味,又有賀年氣氛。

還吃了「如意桂花豆沙糕」和「黃金滾滾來」(炸芝麻茸茶果)兩款甜點呢!「如意桂花豆沙糕」扭成脆麻花模樣,煙韌柔軟,香甜可喜,甜而不膩;造型特別,像似大桔的「黃金滾滾來」則賣相漂亮,茶果內是五仁、芝麻、椰絲餡,口感豐富。
