To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於葵芳葵涌廣場二樓的一間食店已有很久歷史雖然最初以酸辣米線及豬筒食聞名,但為了保持競爭力,特別是葵涌廣場美食橫行之下。 因此小雨天亦有售賣咖喱,撈面等食物,味道也合理範圍,有不少上班族學手支持今次主要食酸辣米線,說真的味道不過不失,米線偏淋。配料(芽菜肉碎酸菜)份量足夠。 唯一較特別是排骨是相當特色,以炸方式處理,味道入味,算是必食之一。另外,豬筒骨湯麵味道保持水準,只是食時麻煩,若有手套會更佳。可是服務態度及質素每況愈下,語氣不算有禮以及很急的樣子。

今次主要食酸辣米線,說真的味道不過不失,米線偏淋。配料(芽菜肉碎酸菜)份量足夠。 唯一較特別是排骨是相當特色,以炸方式處理,味道入味,算是必食之一。
