香港舊式嘅食店越嚟越少,想試就越難越難。 呢啲舊式食店唔單止有特色,更加有人情味。今日去南豐紗廠行下影下相,甘就去埋附近既香車街街市熟食中心食飯。我地揀左其中一間叫老四火鍋小廚幫襯,店員好熱情甘安排坐位,介紹我地食咩,幫一幫牆上既剪報,原來佢係呢度既大廚。我地叫左4個餸。啫啫生菜煲,配埋乾葱頭、辣椒、蒜頭、蝦米,食到唔停口,簡單惹味。芥辣一口牛同麻辣墨魚頭都係呢度必食推介,果然好味。芥辣一口牛,齋食已經夠哂吸引,牛粒腍腍無筋,再點埋廚師特制即芥辣醬,又另一番好味。食哂啲牛,都忍唔住淨食左兩啖醬。麻辣墨魚頭,墨魚頭好爽口,麻辣醬香口唔太辣,又配有木耳,中華沙律,做前菜一流。秘製水魷柏葉,水魷同牛栢葉新鮮爽口,估唔到有甘大碗。

芥辣一口牛同麻辣墨魚頭都係呢度必食推介,果然好味。

芥辣一口牛,齋食已經夠哂吸引,牛粒腍腍無筋,再點埋廚師特制即芥辣醬,又另一番好味。食哂啲牛,都忍唔住淨食左兩啖醬。
