跟友人去咗陳儀興飯店,食下呢間CP值高嘅潮州菜,除咗打冷出名,小菜都唔錯架。今次點左幾款特色小菜慢慢嘆下🤗。滷水鵝片,鵝肉嫩滑,配菜有豆腐同芽菜,滷水汁香而不咸,老少咸宜。焗魚腸,好多年冇食過啦,見到呢度有,就即刻落單,上枱時已聞到香噴噴,表面焗到金黃色的很吸晴,內層熱辣魚腸鬆軟,且沒有腥味。椒鹽白鱔,炸得香脆可口,椒鹽味調得恰到好處,白鱔肉有咬口,佐酒很正。豉汁蒸魚雲,魚雲上鋪滿惹味的豆豉,最重要係新鮮好滑溜,喜愛食魚雲的一定要點黎食😉。潮洲蠔仔粥(碗),2人食份量剛好,蠔仔🦪份量都唔少,加點胡椒粉更好吃😋。
