已有一段時間沒有食拉麵了,趁住假日都決定到尖沙咀亞士厘道新開的「鬼金棒牛骨辣麻拉麵」,據知用上了40kg的牛腿骨熬煮而成,怎可不一試。他們環境簡單樸實,給人一種簡單舒服的感覺。招牌牛骨拉麵(原味)加配了味玉熱燙燙的送上拉麵,牛骨高湯湯頭濃郁香醇,當中更有牛叉燒/牛筋在旁,讓口感層次豐富,每一口都充滿了肉香和牛骨的醇厚;而他們的味玉質感柔軟,蛋味香濃,配上拉麵果真是最強配搭。牛叉燒/牛筋好味既點可以停,不禁讓人加多一客肉質彈牙的叉燒/骨膠原甚濃的軟腍牛筋,真的值得加多一轉。「月見」安格斯牛肉丼丼飯上加入了肉質鮮嫩安格斯牛肉,中間就見到「月見」的生雞蛋黃,輕輕破開蛋黃,跟牛肉融和相得益彰,讓人回味無窮。
