To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到Ritz Carlton 就是想居高臨下欣賞海景一邊享受afternoon tea，小妹1個月前已經預約好窗邊位置，如果預約不到只能排在候補門口已經有超巨型的水晶吊燈，盡顯氣勢！座位也很寬敞，很有私人空間感在窗邊的風景當然一流，可惜當日天氣不佳白濛濛沒有拍到很好的照片，感覺浪費了難得的窗邊位置「三層架下午茶」份量也滿多的，頂層是鹹點三文治，中層是甜點整體太甜，缺乏精緻感底層是英式鬆餅原味和提子乾味，全部也是不過不失，沒有太深刻的印象整體也是風景一流，但afternoon tea的水準就是平平，抱著欣賞美景的心情去就不會太過失望
