To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一段時間無黎,見落雨就腳求其就算。見到佢封左個後門,朋友話係風水野。飯到,食。湯無味,汁無味,肉無味。究竟我食緊啲咩野?其實食店唔好生意最直接就係食物質素,同集團陶X喺同一個商場,但地點超唔就腳,不過顧客人數仍然多過呢間,就知道發生咩事。管理層好心留意下廚房發生咩事,好過俾錢裝修搞風水啦,唔該!湯飯:成碟野的個樣,唔知食緊咩扒餐:OK,可以接受,但係個鐵板得少少熱,明顯上左菜超過10分鐘先送黎雞:又係唔知發生咩事,知道係肉,但唔味。啲蔥有味咯。
