To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個星期日的下午,下著毛毛細雨, 在地鐵站大部分都封閉的情況下去了Ritz Carlton 的Cafe 103 享受下午茶,不看價錢,已覺奢侈。這裡環境優美,部份座位旁有大玻璃窗,可遠眺港島美景。窗外下著細雨,增添一份淒美。今天下午茶的選擇如上面餐牌所列,我們訂了2人下午茶。落單后即上了2個鬆餠,好似中菜的餐前小食。鬆餅做得鬆化香口,可搽忌廉或果醬,好味,只略嫌不夠熱。接著美麗的鳥籠出場,每人各有4個咸點及5個甜點,當然先從咸點開始。先試洋蔥芝士义燒蛋撻,餅底鬆脆,义燒香甜,加有少少芝士的咸香,超級好味!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 跟著食鹹蛋蟹肉慕絲瑞士卷,疍卷軟熟,頂上的蟹肉鮮味,配有青瓜絲,味道很夾,yummy。之後食海鮮醬油封鴨腿漢堡包,可能受size 影響,不太感受到鴨腿獨特的味道;不過,黑色的漢堡包,樣子可愛。另一個是鹹檸檬鵝肝慕絲薄餅配魚子醬,很濃鵝肝味,加有魚子醬,不單止口感豐富,強化了鮮味,同樣好味。😋😋😋食完鹹點,飲啖清水,再戰甜點。我先食芒果椰子忌廉杏仁餅,芒果味香濃,杏仁餅底鬆脆而不太重杏仁味,正合我口味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻栗子開心果朱古力球的朱古力是truffle,咬落中心軟滑,㚈

食完鹹點,飲啖清水,再戰甜點。我先食芒果椰子忌廉杏仁餅,芒果味香濃,杏仁餅底鬆脆而不太重杏仁味,正合我口味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻


栗子開心果朱古力球的朱古力是truffle,咬落中心軟滑,㚈皮香脆,很濃朱古力味。


跟著食柑橘法式杏仁疍糕,蛋糕鬆軟,味道不錯。一少片柑放在疍糕面,加上疍糕本身是淡黃及粉紅色,樣子可愛。但同法國丶法式有什麼關係,則不得而知。


最后食的是荔枝啫喱配玫瑰忌廉牛油餅及甘草啫埋配紅棗椰子脆餅杯,可能已經飽飽地,覺得味道ok而已。尤其是脆餅杯,更不是我喜歡的口味。

飲品方面,我選了薄荷茶而朋友選了Signature chocolate ,試了一啖,不算香濃。
