To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日突然話打風就1號、3號接住黎，中午同同事行開太子做野趁八號波未打到黎之前食個靓lunch，看見這間紅橋西餐廳內人頭湧湧。全站滿座，相信食物味道應該不錯，便决定在門外等位試一試。😊等了幾分鐘便可進內，這間店舖面積不大，所以餐檯也不多，坐得較為擠迫。慶幸裝修簡潔舒適，食物味道okay,價錢又不算贵。😅我們一行三人，分別點了一份套餐和兩碟意粉，有去骨海南雞飯套餐、黑松露野菌海蝦帶子意粉和意式卡邦尼醬肉磨菇意粉，以黑松露野菌海蝦帶子意粉最為好食。😋😋糖盒以方糖為主，特別！去骨海南雞飯套餐,雞滑飯香。意式卡邦尼醬肉磨菇意粉,嫌味道太重略鹹。黑松露野菌海蝦帶子意粉,蝦肉爽，BB帶子入味，黑松露夠香。意粉轉套餐加15元-
