To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間雲桂香成日幫襯，一個星期基本上都會一次。今次食完真係好有衝動寫一寫我叫左重慶醜辣粉中辣既，但係今次我覺得佢並唔係中辣啦，係大辣啦，平時都成日食辣都係食開中辣的，都成日食韓國三養肥雞面，但係呢，呢間雲桂香，真心好飄忽啦，有時個中辣好似小辣咁或者冇咩辣味，但有時呢就好刺激咁，次次食佢都好似有種俄羅斯輪盤賭運既感覺，今日辣唔辣完靠廚師心情。。我都唔知係冇咩辣味好定咁刺激好啦希望廚房大佬可以心情穩定d啦
