去完聖母醫院探病,難得黎到黃大仙慈雲山一帶,梗係要會一會呢度嘅小店,食埋飯先打道回府啦。今次揀咗呢間潮州野,店面係好舊式嘅「飯店」feel,睇落去就已經覺得好有風味。野食就叫咗鹵水鵝、蠔餅、蠔仔粥、凍烏頭。先講鹵水鵝,我覺得鹵水係一間潮州野嘅重中之重,呢間就中規中矩啦,香味唔太夠層次;蠔餅係炸嘅(其實喺香港食到嘅大部份都係炸,我自己鍾意煎嗰d多d),好彩d蠔仔都新鮮,粉漿都唔算厚;蠔仔粥幾好,有落方魚碎,粥底d飯同水分得好開,感覺比較正宗;最後係凍烏頭,我覺得咁多樣野之中呢樣最好食,價錢平又大條,而且難得有黃油,好鮮味。呢間野整體唔錯,會再幫襯。
