啱啱入到去時間係晚上9:15左右,店裏面仲有幾張吉枱,我同我老公兩個人,佢叫我搭枱,我哋問佢可唔可以坐後面嗰張,佢話可以,之後有一塊牌,佢問我做乜移開佢,佢話一陣間如果有客嚟要搭枱,OK冇問題,當時疑似老闆娘嘅人已經好似好不滿咁,咁都冇理佢諗住繼續嗌嘢食,點知問大眼雞時價幾錢,疑似老闆娘話賣晒跟住行開咗,嗰個moment係落緊單,冇唔緊要點解要行開叫第二個職員過嚟???當時嗰一刻冇人入嚟又冇人嗌嘢食?定係佢自己好不耐煩,真心唔明白??好在未嗌嘢食,點解要受你氣?嗌都未嗌起身要走啦,態度極度唔可以接受要去嘅話認真要諗諗可能淨係對熟客好啦其實我都係第一次想試吓食咁嘅態度唔食好過食😒

嚟原本想食第二間茶記小茶館,不過無開行喺附近就搵到喱間潮州餐廳,人又幾多就入去試試,例牌點咗個蠔仔粥,蠔仔大大粒幾鮮甜,唔錯嘅選擇,因為兩個人都食唔到好多,唯有叫多個滷水鵝試試。不過喱樣就比較失息了,唔喺幾入味,肉質都唔夠嫩。環境嚟講都喺同一般打冷舖一樣,好多時人少都要搭檯,不過勝在出餐翻檯夠快,所以喺附近大排長龍時,又搵唔到岩食嘅都喺一個唔錯嘅選擇,不過不失似終打冷都唔會差太遠,價錢都尚算有少少偏貴的。

鹵水鵝肉,要砍件不要切片。鹅肉切片可能係香港人發明,為香港人服務,你依架去潮汕一D鄉下地區,真農村果種,佢哋係吾識起片架。鹵水鹅肉正宗入味,鹵水吾咸剛好。伴碟豆腐軟滑可口,鹵水入味。
咸菜門鱔,一般。正式潮州家庭餸菜,咸菜係潮式,不是咸酸菜。雖然好多咸菜,但門鱔太少,既無門鱔魚春內臟等,咸菜又浸泡到無曬味,淡而無味,無咗咸菜果種酸味加魚味。
春菜,過得去,翻煮更軟淋入味,最好煮到菜莖葉變啡色,溶為一體。
炒蜆仔,我哋老潮叫紅肉。正宗,用幼細果種,不是大粒蜆肉。薑葱伴紅肉,既有海鮮貝類鮮甜味,又有薑葱爆香味,佐送潮州白粥一流。

咸煎帶魚,相片久奉,新鮮美味,咸鮮夠味,頗有細個食夜糜味道。呢D潮州飯店,潮陽以前叫夜糜檔,依架叫大排檔。相信打冷,魚飯等名稱,都係香港創作,依架約定俗成,市場效應,無傷大雅。可惜依架D帶魚吾夠大吾夠長,略遜一籌。
煎蠔咯,外脆内軟,沾點魚露,香脆無比。內面薯粉溝鴨蛋,軟淋可口,正宗。唯一不足相信係油炸,不是煎。
蠔仔粥,一般,連白粥都不如。聲稱蠔仔粥,實為蠔仔泡飯,廣府人覺得無乜分別。差之毫釐,謬之千里,米飯粥水分離,粥水毫無米香。

蠔仔同肉碎都算多
都唔會食到有沙

一碟有兩大塊🦪
煎既啲邊邊位好酥脆
配埋魚露或者豆瓣醬會更加野味

🥢韭菜豬紅
冇乜特別 都係平時食到既味道
不過比較多油
浸住d韭菜都好入味 好香

🥢鹵水拼盤
有半隻蛋,紅腸,朱腸,牛腸,鴨腸,等⋯
乜都有d 都算多
但鹵水唔夠入味,有啲淡
可以沾少少辣椒酒食✨

不過可能因為近母親節去

同男朋友去第一次食,點左一碗大既蠔仔粥$55豉椒炒新鮮蜆$75大滷水拼盤$80呢三樣食物都好食,滷水汁都好入味,唯獨蜆上枱時有煙出唔夠熱,暖暖地,個汁係幾好食,粒粒都有肉,見到好多人點滷水鵝/鵝片,我地就再後加一碟滷水鵝片$90,上菜時鵝片只要6-8塊薄片,無連皮既肉片既打橫鋪係底既豆腐面,個底有5-6條長條型既豆腐,見到自己既同人哋唔同,都無特別去問,但最後發現$90都應該係同其他post既份量一樣既,就發現呢間鋪可能係見我哋第一次黎唔識野所以求其俾我哋,當中幾個店員上菜後行嚟行去望下我哋都已經覺得奇怪,埋單時$300,啊姐收錢後都無講嘢,亦無講多謝,我覺得因為無影相既關係所以無證據,我會再去因為都幾好食。

稱唔上菜館,坐位超迫,見鄰枱有啲要迫6人坐張粉麵舖嘅3-4人圓枱,舒適度超低。屈質都有屈質嘅風味。不過先嚟嗰碗豬皮蘿蔔就大打折扣,蘿蔔完全冇其蘿蔔香味,豬皮亦都係浸泡太耐浮屍膚質狀態。之後嚟碟汕頭煎蠔餅就加番分,蠔仔超多,均勻分布蛋漿,唔會出現有啲只得蛋皮冇蠔嘅失落感。即炒豉椒炒蜆嚟到係微溫,唔多似「即炒」,不過味道可以,豉椒味偏淡,起碼冇成碟殼走甩肉。秘製鹵水鵝就合番cp值,鵝味濃,鹵味夠,切得粗幼剛好,只墊少許豆腐俾番足件數啲鵝,唔似得有啲舖墊低菜仲多過碟鵝肉。有份煮嘢食嘅員工時有拉低口罩,傳菜姐姐上菜時亦插隻手指頭落碟餸度拎餸,衛生意識就一般。
