To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚冇堂食，唯有叫外賣自取。兩個人叫咗三樣嘢，蝦醬臘腸炒飯同埋金邊粉都幾好食，椒鹽豆腐份量唔少，同埋好好彩入咗外賣盒之後都冇淋晒。但重點係！！！等外賣時直望到廚房，驚見炒緊嘢嗰位廚師將個口罩拉咗落下巴，露出口同鼻！我以前都會話食肆有時會唔（太）乾淨，大菌食細菌就算，但而家講緊嘅係高度傳染嘅病毒，每日都仲係周圍傳播緊，日日幾十個個案！大家可唔可以喺風頭火勢嘅時刻盡番社會責任，做足防禦措施，保護自己同埋身邊嘅人？！
