To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

花膠雞湯非常入味香濃,進餐前品嘗一碗令胃囗大增。 手切本地牛頸脊$286 西班牙黑毛豬肉片(半份)$98牛頸脊及黑毛豬肉片也非常嬾滑十分有囗感。手打墨魚丸$58 &蝦丸$58 &流心芝士牛丸(半份)$66丸類也很彈口多汁,食得出不是一般雪藏的頹丸類。黃金炸魚皮$98黃金炸魚皮也非常美味,魚皮被炸到金黃色十分鬆脆有咬口。珊瑚蚌$148 鱔片$108珊瑚蚌和鱔片海鮮類別也非常新鮮,吃起上來也沒有未洗乾淨的沙粒,但鱔片會比較多骨吃去上來要格外小心。熱水$28但唯一的缺點是想要飲水一壺要另收$28😮‍💨建議如果想飲嘢直接單點飲品會比較好。
