To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在Airside開了這家店，真好，食住美食坐係窗邊位置，一路望住街景食嘢，感覺真好。如果有HSBC 信用卡，周一至周五及周六、日的優惠也很大。食物從來不會失望，尤其是最愛的小龍包。小龍包皮薄餡靚，真的好喜歡吃翡翠的小龍包。其他的冷菜雞絲粉皮，粉皮好適中，醬料及雞絲也足，配得很好。熱菜比我想像中好吃。沒有試甜品，叫了杯飲品，真材實料，口感及味道超好，好好飲。下次一定要試甜品。有HSBC信用卡，優惠更大。
