To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間食左好多年 ,長期都多人排隊。唔係傳統茶樓,係點心尊門店,快食快走果隻。佢嘅酥皮叉燒包街知巷聞的確係唔錯 ,酥皮做到好好配流香叉燒,口感非常好。好多時都因為想食酥皮叉燒包先特意去排隊食。((好多人排隊架))平時我都會叫麻佢嘅燒賣,蝦餃,粉果,腸粉味道都不過不失。 今次見佢新增左精選推介,就試下2個,點知手伏左。椒鹽豆腐粒- 份量好少,豆腐易散,味道好淡。八寶煎脆餅 - 油益味勁重,咬落去成口油,無味道,得個「油」字,全碟無食。真係只係食佢點心好了!
