To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚Kiwi同友人們去咗鯉魚門,食!海!鮮!行過每間海鮮舖都不斷sell我地,最後揀咗呢間睇到海景嘅快樂漁港酒家。有啲酒家會逐碟唔同煮法唔同價錢,邢呢間就公道啲每人比100蚊就任你咩煮法煮幾多都得。一叫完海鮮侍應就先送上豆腐湯,清清地幾鮮甜。豉椒炒蟶子。蟶子好爽,配合埋個豉椒咸度剛好,真係可以撈幾碗飯食。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。好鮮甜,蒜蓉味唔算太重同埋粉絲食一流。果皮蒸鮑魚。雖然冇乜果皮味,但肉質ok,唔會韌。酥炸生蠔。好特別,外面好酥脆,入面個蠔都好有份量,唔錯。一魚兩食,啲肉好腍,叫一種海鮮可以食到唔同口味,好抵食。最後有生果同椰汁桂花糕送,作個完美嘅結號。
