喺旺角食咗咁多年,開始有啲厭,東京要搵啲新餐廳新衝擊。今次就嚟到位於旺角同太子嘅中間,一間好高嘅餐廳,佢個景係可以望到大角咀,淨係個景都已經值得去試!一上到去就比佢中間既吧枱吸引住,如果夜晚同朋友去飲野,再望住大角咀,真係好relax。第二特色係佢係用open kitchen,睇到廚師喺入面做緊啲咩。我知道女朋友最鍾意食豬鞍,我叫佢叫黎試下,而我就叫咗個西冷牛扒。首先介紹係豬鞍,舊磚睇落啱啱好,切開仲係七八成熟,呢啲係最好食嘅成數。個味調到啱啱好,佢嗰個汁係燒汁,帶出豬鞍嘅香味之後食嘅係西冷,我叫五成熟,上到枱差唔多五成,水準可以,但佢個薯角要值得一讚,炸出嚟唔乾身唔油膩,仲要熱辣辣,配埋茄汁真係好好味。下次夜晚去,望住同一個景飲住走個感覺又會係點呢?
