Restaurant: Glasshouse (太古城中心)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完K11 Musea間Glasshouse,就去埋太古城呢間試吓。講環境,K11 outdoor位好坐又開揚,不過呢度都唔差,雖然我哋坐近門口位,但booth位都好好坐。🦞明太子龍蝦包配薯條唔錯,我反而鍾意佢唔會好濃味,有沙律菜有龍蝦肉,唔會好漏又有口感。🍳早晨早餐有腸、蕃茄、茄汁豆、煎雙蛋、煙肉、croissant、蛋上面有D Bolognese,仲有塊塊吉列魚柳,魚柳俾浩浩搶晒咁濟,整體豐富,只係想滿足「早餐慾望」而order😂🍝蕃茄羅勒芝士焗意粉主要叫俾阿仔食,因為即焗所以要等15分鐘左右,已經係第2次叫,佢照樣清碟。意粉唔算濃味,而且好多芝士,芝士控嘅我覺得唔錯👍🏼2間分店都有唔同感覺,整體都唔錯👍🏼
