今日經過K11,離遠竟然見到廚神RickyCheung個嘜頭,原來呢度有間祥仔。難得遇到,就算唔太肚餓,都要捧下我既男神Ricky師傅既場。港式茶餐廳的餐牌中盡見Ricky 師傅既法蘭西風味。今次選了個酥皮蘋果撻下午茶餐,響茶餐廳竟然$58食到呢個高級甜品真係無限驚喜。其實可唔可以叫佢做撻呢?上下都係酥皮,夾住中間既蘋果粒。D酥皮好鬆化丶層次好分明,中間夾住一粒粒熱辣辣既蘋果粒,蘋果份量好多,重點係粒粒口感分明,唔會爛溶溶一pat咁,而旁邊重有吉士醬丶士多啤梨同D西式香草做配料。小小一件甜品都咁有誠意,可以見到主理人好有心,成件事真係完全令你忘記自己響茶餐廳。一定要多啲嚟食呀~

其實可唔可以叫佢做撻呢?上下都係酥皮,夾住中間既蘋果粒。D酥皮好鬆化丶層次好分明,中間夾住一粒粒熱辣辣既蘋果粒,蘋果份量好多,重點係粒粒口感分明,唔會爛溶溶一pat咁,而旁邊重有吉士醬丶士多啤梨同D西式香草做配料。小小一件甜品都咁有誠意,可以見到主理人好有心,成件事真係完全令你忘記自己響茶餐廳。一定要多啲嚟食呀~
