今次經開沙田河畔附近,見到有間新開冇耐嘅餐廳叫翠林冰廳,見格調幾寫意就走入去食個lunch。首先order咗個金牌常餐,沙嗲安格斯牛肉一丁配北海道3.6牛乳炒蛋、火腿及多士,另外order咗黃金一口多士,睇到個menu原來呢度都有川菜食,就點咗半隻京式口水雞。沙嗲安格斯牛肉一丁個沙嗲味係港式沙爹,係我嘅至愛,牛肉亦都好諗同埋份量都好足,'出前一丁就啱啱好,冇煮到過諗,鍾意食沙爹牛肉嘅朋友一定會鍾意,3.6牛乳炒蛋就特別滑,而火腿及多士都係一貫高水準。黃金一口多士好啱口型細細塊,一啖一塊,個西多士煮得金黃色好香口,點埋佢哋特製有橙味嘅果醬食,絕對食到停唔到口。而我覺得最值得推介係口水雞,老闆應該為香港人調過口味,個口水雞好少辣而且隻雞非常嫩滑,我到而家都仲回味緊,下次去我一定會再食口水雞。
