Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 專登去澳海城嘅添好運食嘢,點知食到一肚氣。個四眼女侍應係叻啞嘅,十問九唔應,又無視客人,叫佢開茶當聽唔到!侍應自己將枱號搞錯咗就成日嚟煩住曬啲客,仲問我呢度係幾多號枱?大嬸呀,我嚟食嘢,唔係响度做,點知幾多號枱?你哋自己亂,就唔好煩住啲客啦!食物質素非常一般嘅點心,選擇不多無乜特別!收銀嗰個又係啞嘅,幾錢又唔講,收咗你幾錢又唔講,找幾錢又唔講,多謝當然都無講!但佢同同事講是非就唔啞嗰喎,成個收銀過程不停講是非!我諗我唔想再幫襯!
