To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食到好好味既酸菜魚

尋日約左朋友出旺角行街，因為冇乜胃口想食d開胃既野，加上我健身需要吸收足夠蛋白質，我就問朋友有冇好味既酸菜魚介紹，佢好快就話之前食過一間叫捌壹壹既酸菜魚，佢覺得陣味對佢黎講已經好正宗，佢地魚肉份量好夠，咁就同佢一齊去位於旺角奶路臣街嘅捌壹壹食。到左餐廳可能過左lunch,又未到晚市，所以好快就有位入座啦，環境都整潔乾淨，服務員亦好主動招呼客人，咁梗係即刻叫返個酸菜魚黎食啦，價錢真係唔貴，兩人食每人一百左右，酸菜魚黎到賣相確係好好，我比較執著酸味會唔會over左，因為食過有d酸味一係過酸，食完都係得個酸字，一係都唔知有冇落酸菜落去，而捌壹壹既酸菜味確實冇介紹錯，酸味，魚肉，份量，都非常滿意，所以胃口唔好可以去捌壹壹試個個酸菜魚
