如果想食打冷,陳儀興都係一個信心嘅選擇,新蒲崗老店都幫襯咗好多年,知道將軍澳開咗新店,梗係過嚟試吓。當行入一間裝修雅緻咁新淨嘅舖頭時,雖然佢個招牌係寫住陳儀興,但內心不免都會有一絲懷疑,但當我將個韭菜豬紅放入口嘅時候,我就知道呢一間同老店係無分別,依然食到老店嘅水準同埋味道。#鹵水鵝粉肝 $178除咗法國嘅鵝肝出名,潮州其實都有一味鹵水鵝肝,鵝肝吸足鹵水汁,口感柔嫩,甘香鮮味,入口即化。#鹵水拼盤 $138比出面打冷大碟,有墨魚片、腩肉、大腸、紅腸、生腸、豬耳、豬頭肉、鹵蛋及豆腐墊底。每間店嘅鹵水汁都唔同味,有啲偏甜或有啲重鹹,呢度鹵水汁係屬於鹹香濃郁,全部鹵得入味,而且能保留食物原本嘅味道,沾上潮州辣椒油加蒜蓉白醋一流。#潮州蠔餅 $93新鮮炸起兩大塊,上枱時熱辣辣,炸得酥脆但唔油膩,唔會話一咬落去就標晒油出嚟,外脆內軟,一定要用鴨蛋先可以炸到呢個效果,蠔仔飽滿足料,充滿蛋香,加埋蔥粒,沾埋魚露更惹味。#韭菜豬紅 $70食打冷必點韭菜豬紅,醬汁味濃複雜,用咗唔同調味料去熬製,豬紅處理得好好無腥味,吸晒醬汁好入味,韭菜好嫩無渣,份量都幾大碗,不過豬紅就鹹咗啲,應該送潮州粥食味道就剛剛好
