To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久遺的大班樓,限聚令放寬後又黎大吃一餐。今天lunch set 每位$688, menu如下:除此以外,訂座時還專程預留左叉燒。同埋另外叫咗雪糕做甜品。總體而言,食物質素唔錯。食材新鮮,調味唔會太重。印象比較深刻,係叉燒同埋花雕蟹配陳村粉。叉燒同出邊食到嘅味道同質感都唔同,十分鬆軟,而且沒有肥膩嘅感覺。不過要留意的是,叉燒需要提前預訂!花雕蟹配陳村粉當然係大班樓嘅招牌菜,蟹肉非常新鮮,清理得十分乾淨,個汁更加係成道菜嘅精粹。用嚟送飯一流。另外甜品,不得不讚杞子雪糕真係很好吃。每次來吃都很期待這個甜品。奶味非常濃郁,唔會太甜,杞子很軟儒,同雪糕口感質感非常夾。每次吃起碼要吃兩球才滿足😋
