久遺的大班樓,限聚令放寬後又黎大吃一餐。今天lunch set 每位$688, menu如下:除此以外,訂座時還專程預留左叉燒。同埋另外叫咗雪糕做甜品。總體而言,食物質素唔錯。食材新鮮,調味唔會太重。印象比較深刻,係叉燒同埋花雕蟹配陳村粉。叉燒同出邊食到嘅味道同質感都唔同,十分鬆軟,而且沒有肥膩嘅感覺。不過要留意的是,叉燒需要提前預訂!花雕蟹配陳村粉當然係大班樓嘅招牌菜,蟹肉非常新鮮,清理得十分乾淨,個汁更加係成道菜嘅精粹。用嚟送飯一流。另外甜品,不得不讚杞子雪糕真係很好吃。每次來吃都很期待這個甜品。奶味非常濃郁,唔會太甜,杞子很軟儒,同雪糕口感質感非常夾。每次吃起碼要吃兩球才滿足😋
