To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公話想食飯,提議食呢間燒肉飯,有豬又有牛,岩哂不吃牛的老公但吃牛的我。👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻巨型餐牌👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻閒日的中午時分非常少人,可能未到真正的食飯時段,我選了牛舌丼而老公則選了豚肉穴子丼。我的燒鹽麴牛舌丼飯🐮配麵豉湯👇🏻雖然望落去碗飯好細,但最後我係食唔哂d飯家...牛舌差不多有10片,非常薄,燒汁配埋珍珠米好好味😋麵豉湯超熱,有誠意👍🏻📌建議餐廳配埋柚子醬比客人,柚子醬配牛真係絕配!我老公的豚肉穴子定食🐷研究左個餐牌一陣先知穴子原來係鰻魚!我印象中好似係第一次食白雪雪的鰻魚,因為每次食鰻魚都有超多鰻魚汁,根本食唔到食材的真正味道...今次終於食到了!雖然有少少骨,但好易咬碎,有少少入口即容的感覺。豚肉有少少韌,但加埋汁同珍珠米都幾好食。不用收加一,會再幫襯!👍🏻

雖然望落去碗飯好細,但最後我係食唔哂d飯家...牛舌差不多有10片,非常薄,燒汁配埋珍珠米好好味😋麵豉湯超熱,有誠意👍🏻
📌建議餐廳配埋柚子醬比客人,柚子醬配牛真係絕配!

研究左個餐牌一陣先知穴子原來係鰻魚!我印象中好似係第一次食白雪雪的鰻魚,因為每次食鰻魚都有超多鰻魚汁,根本食唔到食材的真正味道...今次終於食到了!雖然有少少骨,但好易咬碎,有少少入口即容的感覺。豚肉有少少韌,但加埋汁同珍珠米都幾好食。
