銅鑼灣應該係香港最多廚師發板餐廳嘅地區,😂老店或者新開嘅,總有一間係你附近。/花見疫情之前已經喺度,😃都算係舊一批嘅omakase舖頭,能夠喺疫情中捱得住,實力有返咁上下,同埋有一班舊顧客支持。😁👍🏻/☺️食材新鮮之餘,亦食出師傅嘅創意,好似紫菜天婦羅配上海膽,平時出面食都有紫菜夾海膽,😍但花見將紫菜用天婦羅方式呈現,增加一重口感,依個配搭幾有驚喜。/當日嘅象拔蚌和北寄貝非常鮮甜,處理得好好👍🏻,值得一讚。/😍去到最尾嘅一口鰻魚飯,也是超水準,鰻魚調味醬汁味道剛剛好,燒得非常香脆,比起鰻魚專門店更好吃,雖然食到尾已經好飽,但係覺得可以散叫一個鰻魚飯再食🤣🤣/總括,食材行新鮮路線,少部份有熟成,偏向港式風格,食物配搭亦加入廚師的創意,當日師傅亦願意分享食材烹煮方法,同客人有互動,感覺不錯,而且唔算太難預約,可以一試。😄😄
