然後就是上六件白身魚壽司,以往經驗有啲餐廳頭六件都係會有三件食唔出味,呢間經師父嚴選之下,頭六件都各有特色👏🏻👏🏻
再之後便是六件紅身魚壽司,每件都有不同層次,當中還有我最愛的海膽,其中一件經火炙後充分散發魚油香再撒上櫻花蝦,齒頰留香,令人回味!

呢間日本餐廳據說疫情前好難book位可能朋友讚好不絕我反而覺得普普通通我好鍾意食日本嘢尤其omagase 必須配搭殷勤和善的師傅唔!啊! 可能我唔係熟客我感受唔到氣氛啊前菜擺碟好一般吸引唔到我影相上生蠔 我覺得奀細咗啲 不過都好鮮甜係時令尚品然後我最鍾意嘅白子竟然漬制?炙燒?口感幾新奇囉 都係鍾意傳統食法朋友話馳名螺類魚生好鮮甜好嚼口時令嘢 正嘅時令魚肝 醋汁配搭好掂之後幾款壽司全部都好新鮮師傅處理得好好 好味除咗下面兩款有櫻花蝦仔呢件味道完全唔夾好多蔥呢件我以為係左口魚都係好怪 唔好吃朋友揀咗兩款sake 食過好多正嘅omagase 呢間我嘛嘛地

這已是第五波疫情前的Omakase Dinner😮‍💨雖然二年來已經習慣了Lockdown的生活,但偶爾還是會想念外出吃飯很盡興的感覺,所以特此想要記錄一下💭Dinner Omakase 有前菜、八款刺身、五款壽司、手卷、燒物、煮物、湯和甜品/水果,大概有二十款食物,以地點(銅鑼灣區)、用料、食材和服務質素來說都算是性價比高的選擇。喜歡/較難忘的:1️⃣深海池魚2️⃣肝醬鮑魚3️⃣花見卷4️⃣當然不能缺少清酒🍶🤪🤪那天點了赤武 魂ノ大業 大吟釀,是赤武當中的金賞酒。它採用了岩手縣的頂級酒米「結の香」來釀造,比山田錦的米味更突出,同時亦有濃郁的果香和清新的口感。入口更感覺到華麗但細膩的吟釀花果香氣,但亦帶有生米的原料香氣,用來配搭omakase就最好不過🥰餐廳的清酒櫃選擇也頗多,比起retail price的mark-up亦比其他日本餐廳低。唯一可以改善的是餐廳同事好像對自己carry的清酒不太熟悉😒 但還是很期待疫情後再來大吃大喝一番🤜🏻🤛🏻🍶📍: 花見 - Causeway Bay, HK 💰: HK$1600 +10% (Dinner Omakase) 🎖: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

餐廳的清酒櫃選擇也頗多,比起retail price的mark-up亦比其他日本餐廳低。唯一可以改善的是餐廳同事好像對自己carry的清酒不太熟悉😒 但還是很期待疫情後再來大吃大喝一番🤜🏻🤛🏻🍶
