每次去日本我都一定會吃和牛鉄板燒,是指定動作,不過近年香港都開了不少日本高級和牛餐廳,若心癮起了又不能即時起行到日本,都可以在香港吃和牛,止住慾望。這晚與友人來到位於銅鑼灣的和牛燒肉·純,之前都已經吃過,味道不錯,所以今晚特意book位品嚐晚餐。今晚吃了特上日本產和牛肉眼、日本產和牛上牛排肉、日本產牛舌及日本產豚肉。最好吃是日本產和牛肉眼,油脂如大理石紋般漂亮,輕輕煎香兩邊,不用蘸任何醬汁已經很好吃了,滿口油香,肉質油潤細膩,實在令人難忘。
