入粉嶺一定要去聯和墟食下嘢,入聯和墟就一定要搵四眼仔食佢d小食,雖然以小弟愚見,佢d腸粉燒賣豬皮魚蛋牛肉球估計應該都唔係自家出品(如我有錯歡迎指證),不過唔知道因爲乜嘢原因,佢嘅出品就真係好食d,總之就係食咗先講啦!首先想講一講嘅,就係佢嘅腸粉,夠滑,唔會黐埋一舊,食落去可以分到一層一層嘅感覺;第二樣要講嘅就係佢嘅魚蛋,佢賣嘅係細細粒嘅陳皮魚蛋,亦都係我最喜歡嘅魚蛋類別,有少少魚味唔會成舊都係粉,你懂的;跟住就輪到豬皮,一個字,「爽」,仲要吸晒腸粉嗰啲甜醬麻醬,你唔係話唔和味;接住落黎就到燒賣同牛肉球,我嘅評語係「不要浪費quota」。
