To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天和Honey到樂道購物，Honey想吃燒味飯，路經V&B，本以為只是吃越南菜的，原來也有燒味飯，就入去試一試。全日套餐：叉燒燒肉飯(連飲品)$68燒味好味，叉燒蜜甜，燒肉皮脆，不肥，燒肉甘香。另外，Honey叫了越南套餐：生牛肉河粉($88)河粉很大碗，吃不完。湯頭甜，牛肉薄而不肥。套餐可加配小食，Honey選了越式炸春卷。炸起很鬆脆，但由於河粉太大碗，還是吃不完春卷。至於兩份餐，都有飲品。我點熱奶茶，真的不行！紅茶沒有紅茶香，奶太重，淡而無味。很膩很膩！Honey飲越南式滴漏咖啡(加$15)這個滴漏咖啡也不行！咖啡稀稀的，完全不是越南咖啡！沒有烘焙的香味的！滴漏完，看看咖啡壺底，只有薄薄的一層咖啡……怪不得，完全沒有咖啡味道！這店的食品不錯，但飲品呢……真的不行！而且，只是茶餐廳，但仍然要收加一服務費 。哪裏來服務呢？
