對火井最深嘅印象就係佢有啲其他火鍋店好少見到嘅食品,好似田雞扣,大禿參,花膠王,駱駝峰咁,有啲仲可能唔係人人都知係乜嘢,好似豬王喉同牛波子咁。不過我哋都係食大路嘢,所以只係叫咗個豬王喉,豬王喉本身冇乜味道,就只係爽脆而已。我以前都叫過駱駝峰同豬天梯,不過亦冇乜特別,駱駝峰主要就係好似一片好肥嘅肉不過食落唔會有好肥膩嘅感覺!食嘢嘅味道好睇心情,心情就受環境影響。火井唔係以環境地方做賣點,但係今晚一坐低就已經覺得悶焗,抬頭見到開咗風扇而冷氣出風微弱,個伙記就話室內外溫差大我哋先覺得悶焗,但其實今晚有成廿度,一啲都唔算冷!我哋10個人被安排坐一個三面都係墻嘅角落,坐喺呢三面嘅都係椅背靠墻,要起身挾嘢都唔易。就呢兩點就令我成晚都食得唔爽!坐低先叫啤酒,伙記話要夠凍就藍妹,仲有冰桶,但係由頭到尾叫咗8,9枝啤酒都係倒出嚟冇幾耐已經唔凍,加上比較悶焗,飲飲吓仲覺得啲唔凍嘅啤酒有啲酸酸哋!叫咗一個招牌鍋(伙記話一定要試)同一個冬瓜瑤柱鍋,鍋裡面已經有好多材料,剩番用嚟打邊爐嘅空間就少咗,但係裡面嘅料好似雞腳,豬皮,粉腸,冬瓜咁都要到半路先至夠入味夠淋!個招牌鍋除咗啲材料組合幾特別之外,味道仲冇個冬瓜

牛脷就真係唔掂,食落完全冇牛脷應有嘅甘香同肉質!
各式丸類都好細粒,一碟十幾粒連一隻細碟都鋪唔到一半,每粒都只比波子大少少,仲係雪到硬冰冰!
調味料只得豉油同紅辣椒,喺我食過咁多打邊爐裡面係最少嘅一間!
