To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 較少吃京川滬菜式,此店於區內開業不久,便訂位試試,與朋友一行3人散點了海蜇手撕雞、小籠包、瑤柱蝦仁蛋白炒飯、砂鍋什菌腐竹豆腐湯及香蕉豆沙窩餅。海蜇手絲雞中的海蜇爽口,雞肉撕得很碎,薑葱味清淡,與青瓜及薑絲配搭起來,口味清新。小籠包皮薄,仍能包著湯汁,不錯,味道個人認為是水準之作。瑤柱蝦仁蛋白炒飯,飯粒「咽韌」乾爽,瑤柱味一般,蝦仁大小及新鮮度達標,蛋白可炒得更均勻,整體而言,算是不錯的。砂鍋什菌腐竹豆腐湯料足,喝下清淡夠味也健康,各種湯料亦煮得軟熟。香蕉豆沙窩餅有特色,餅皮亦做得乾身脆口,餡料幼細軟稔,趁熱吃味道較理想。綜合而言,食品製作用心,服務達標。
