To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同太太去茶泰食晚飯， 食物保持一向不錯嘅水準。但最為亮點的，係佢哋嘅服務態度非常之高水準。 疫情後總覺得香港飲食服務包括此一類型嘅餐廳，水準已經下降 。所以噚晚接受到一個高水平嘅服務態度我覺得我應該值得表揚佢哋。 昨晚原本我哋坐一張二人枱，但係因為所叫嘅食物比較大件，有位男侍應主動幫我哋換一張四人枱，方便我哋擺放食物。除此之外 食物和飲品都跟得好足，不用我哋提點。 係呢方面我哋睇到呢間餐廳係好有心去做，負責人同埋佢的拍檔都好用心去招呼客人。 食物質素固然係重要，但係如果輔助以誠心嘅招呼，可以令客人更滿足地享用晚餐。 呢間餐廳兩方面都做得好好，所以我覺得需要寫畀佢哋好嘅評語。
