早年,於希慎廣場初嘗,已留下印象。9月初,在鰂魚涌重遇,決定選址為姪女慶生。其中感到有新鮮感的,有海參壽司及自磨芝麻菠菜沙律。海參表面上有些脆口如米通,很有創意及口感。帶子加州卷及西京燒銀雪魚,皆肉多好味。清酒煮蜆,極為鮮味。炸蝦配上紅菜頭汁,既健康,又有心思。梅酒,味道不錯。因訂枱時有留言是生日事項,店員細心在雪葩上插上蠟燭,製造驚喜,非常感謝。唯一有憾,就是法式焗蛋,薑味雖夠,但未夠熱。
