To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經有一段時間冇黎呢間大快活,今日收工同屋企人再黎下午茶叫咗一份熱狗凍O茶西多雞翼,可樂對上一次黎就覺得幾好,但今次真係要減分喇先講隻熱狗,未食已經感覺一般,你睇吓個賣相……火山爆發咩散哂出黎,而且稍稍過火咗少少飽底色澤太深慶幸食落味道還可接受,至於西多,以前黎食係即叫即炸,但今次一食落口就知係一早炸定放喺暖櫃啦,唔夠熱,而且中間部分開始淋,完全冇咗以前覺得好食既口感雞翼味道可以保持,但又係一早整定,只有微暖,所以呢餐真係覺得大快活既水準下降咗囉,希望主管能留意吓以上問題而作出改善吧
