To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近係一間叫“梨泰園韓國餐廳”嘅地方食晚餐,發現佢裏面嘅菜式都得得哋喔,所以同大家介紹一下。我果日係同埋YT仔去食嘅,2個人要咗炒年糕、調味牛排、調味排骨肉、海鮮炒粉絲、燒香後的調味牛扒、五花肉。炒年糕紅彤彤睇起身好開胃,年糕同甜不辣係最佳搭配,再加上洋蔥白菜同熟雞蛋,食起嚟入味Q彈,營養更加均衡喇;已經調咗味嘅牛扒同排骨肉、五花肉新鮮捧上,厚厚的生肉睇落已經值回票價,烤起來果陣油滋滋咁響,肉香飄入鼻腔,忍唔住流曬口水。牛扒今次烤得好成功,外焦內嫩,食入口香噴噴,肉質IN韌有嚼勁;排骨肉將連骨嘅油脂烤香之後油香四溢,排骨肉煎起來更加色香味俱全,烤到外皮稍微有少少結焦就可以切開一小塊一小塊,吹兩下放入口,骨肉爽滑入味,超級好食;五花肉嘅油脂更加多,所以烤起來容易縮水同烤焦,所以烤果陣要勤力D翻下佢,唔好烤糊咗。
